"I liked Riverfront Pointe because of it's central location and the size of the lots. It's a nice area. I also liked the people that I was dealing with. The Wells Built people are great people and listen to a customers needs. Even though I may not have been the easiest customer to deal with. My particular lot looks into Josephine Crossing which is nice, but I didn't want to live in the tight quarters associated with Josephine Crossing.
I would recommend Wells Built to another person because they listen to the customers needs and trying to accomplish what they want as effectively as possible. Most people have a need to get the most they can for their money and I believe if you continue to strive to accomplish this, that you will always do well!"
"Before we bought our lot in Ironwood we would always come over to Ironwood to go for walks; we loved the wide open space, mountain views, and the rims which encircled the subdivision have our favorite hiking trails. We also loved the energy that we felt when we were in Ironwood; there were people walking and jogging everywhere, and kids were playing and laughing. It was invigorating just to walk through the neighborhood!

"Don and I lived in the heights most of our married life. Once our children graduated high school we decided to move to the westend to be closer to both of our parents. "While the idea of building a new home in the style, design and layout exactly as we want was appealing, the hundreds of elements involved in the process seemed overwhelming. Are we making all the right decisions? Are there items we could be forgetting in the process? Will we love all the design choices we made, or will there be some regrets?
While everyone at Wells Built did a great job in helping us overcome our concerns, the one who had the biggest impact to us was Rick Stordahl. From the beginning, Rick was with us in every step, advising us, and helping us make all those important decisions. On numerous occasions, Rick would make suggestions on elements we never even thought of, his suggestions would make our ideas even better. While the end product was a home we are so happy with, the real surprise was transforming our fear into something we did not expect. We really enjoyed the process in the design and building of our dream home. The amount of fun and enjoyment we had was something we did not expect to experience at all, and Rick and everyone else at Wells Built Homes made that happen.
